Service with Savoir~Faire
Why are you interested in entrepreneurship?
I like to be in control of my destiny. I want to use my skills and creativity to my full potential, doing something that I love!
What activities would help you most in terms of your entrepreneurial activities
Building relationships with people. My hope is that we can help each other build our businesses. Activities I would like to participate in: how to market my business and get my name out there!

What's in a business name?

I chose my 'french' business name because of the definition of
"Savoir~ Faire".....Webster's New World Dictionary defines the word, "to know how to do, ready knowledge of what to do or say in any situation." It has become a topic ofconversation because there are people who think I misspelled the name, a typo, but actually it is spelled correctly. I purposely chose that name after extensive research for a name that describes what I do. So ladies, when you see my business name, it's not "savior" it is SAVOIR~FAIRE.

Tracking hits?

Is there any possibility that you can add a feature to tally the number of hits we generate individually? It would help us know just how many people are at least viewing our page......

I just cast my vote for Felicia Brown for Spa of the Year March 2009

Sure you got my vote. As a member of this network I will do what I can to help the members here. One hand washes the other. We are all in this together, right? I wish you well in the final tally!

How to survive and thrive during deteriorating economic times?

Here is my two cents worth. I, too, questioned how will I survive this? I had to think outside the box. I asked myself, what will people continue to purchase no matter what? The necessities of course, food, toilet paper, toothpaste, deordorant, dish soap, bath soap, laundry detergent, gasoline, etc. Drive less walk more. Cut back here, do without there. Some of us had to learn, quickly, how to stretch a dollar. So I asked myself, where do my services fit in? Why would people hire me for my servi… Continue

Why attend Bernice's Etiquette Table Manners Class?

Table manners are extremely important in both business and social settings. Be honest with yourself - have you ever been overwhelmed when you sat down at a formal dinner? Asking yourself, "When do I start eating? Which knife and fork are mine? Is that my glass? How do I hold my wine glass? What do I say when I must excuse myself from the table? Is that my B&B (bread and butter) plate? Which fork do I use first? Which fork is the salad/dessert fork? How do I signal that my meal is finishedContinue

Hi,

Just wanted to drop a line about another way for you to make money, without quitting what you are currently doing. I represent an energy startup company that is exploding! We have been nominated for 2 Platts Global Awards this year. This is an international award that is extremely prestigious.

What I do is save people money on their energy bill (which earns ME money). In addition, because you live in North Carolina, you are eligible for a discounted rate if you decide to become an associate. Look into it, it could be the best decision you make today!

My website is www.monicanoyes.igniteinc.biz. Click on the tab on the right that says Watch The Ignite Opportunity.

Wow, Bernice. You're a busy lady. If I have any event planning needs I'll know who to come to.

If you need help setting up a starter web site and blog, email me. And if you need help with setting up a social network presence (Facebook or Twitter) I can help with that too. I'm all about empowering entrepreneurs and small business people.
